Nose: quite complex, aromas that range, after swirling, from fresh citrus to white-fleshed fruits, with vanilla and slightly woody notes. Palate: beautiful, very light first taste, a balance and a silky structure. Vinous finish. Match with food: aperitif; noble fish, creamy risotto.
