Visual aspect: golden colour. Nose: iodized first nose, blackcurrant bud, blackberry, redcurrant. Palate: a salty side, red and black fruits (blackberry, redcurrant), then apple. Slightly buttery finish. Match with food: fleshy oysters ; sea bass. Comments: a non dosed wine, that keeps its freshness.
