Visual aspect: pale gold colour, brilliant, limpid and crystal-clear. Nose: still very young and fresh, discreet but chiselled. Palate: good density, with tension and purity, brioche, long. Match with food: scallops carpaccio. Comments: a very well-structured wine with a lot of freshness and finesse.
