Visual aspect: nice gold hue. Nose: great finesse. Delicate nose where the fruit expresses with delicacy. Palate: very good balance, fresh fruit, elegant (citrus), young. We have a pleasant freshness. A great pleasure. Comments: distilled on lees, matches with a foie gras or a praline and chocolate entremets.
