Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour with radiant tinges.
Nose: aromas of white-fleshed fruit and yellow peach, as well as hints of preserved fruit and a touch of curry. After swirling the aromas become more intense and powerful, almost crisp.
Palate: delicious; sweetness balanced by freshness despite the vintage. A Sauternes that possesses more freshness than sweetness. It gives a dense and very long finish.
Match with food: serve as an aperitif, to accompany roasted celery or Peking duck.
