Visual aspect: deep, with good vividness, it still has a dark purple colour.
Nose: very smoky on scents of very ripe and slightly warm fruit.
Palate: supple on the first taste with development giving an impression of roundness, rapidly relayed by a considerable mass of tannin.
Match with food: free-range chicken with a mushroom sauce.
