Château Malartic Lagravière
Visual aspect: a carmine-red hue with orange tinges and a smooth, gleaming disc. Nose: rich, ripe, powerful, exuding fragrances of peony, liquorice, spices and stewed red fruit. Palate: powerful and well-balanced on an excellent first taste it has melted tannins and the freshness of Graves wines, with lovely minerality. Match with food: guinea fowl with small mushrooms and onions caramelised rack of pork.
