After celebrating the talent of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France cheese makers, bakers and sommeliers, candidates and officials were invited to follow the speeches.
Starting with the intervention of Caroline Ferrari, Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry who placed particular emphasis on the place of women in this event. She showed her satisfaction to see that the colors of France were thus defended by Pascaline Lepeltier.
