Birth of the Cognac Zelia designed by love to shine in the firmament!
Unrepentant Epicureans and passionate about spirits, Christa and Frédéric Dulin fell in love at first sight for a mansion dating from 1809, in the heart of Grande Champagne, in Salles d'Angles.
The ex-fighter pilot and his wife, a graduate of the University of Segonzac and student at the School of Viticulture and Oenology of Bordeaux, dashed into an incredible adventure in 2011 by becoming owners of this 5-hectares domain. The property was renowned for its eaux-de-vie from Cognac destined to famous Houses.
Within 2 years, the tandem took up the challenge to launch a brand of exceptional Cognac. They will produce only 1,000 flasks of XO per year. Such as diamond diggers, they selected fifty eaux-de-vie from the 70s to make a precious blending.
Christa is the Cellar Master of this new Cognac House named Zelia. The Diamond will reveal its multiple mes­merizing facets on the market on March 21st, 2013, in elegant bottles drawn by the designer Alexandra Marquès.
