Visual aspect: pale gold colour, green tinges. Very fine bubbles. Nose: lightness, with scents of white flowers, clove, heady. Palate: dense, a lot of minerality, liquorice. Very melted finish. Match with food: turbot with citrus. Comments: a very delicate and refined wine.
