Visual aspect: a very light yellow, almost colourless. Nose: aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus. Palate: well-balanced, with a good dosage, linear, fresh and nervy. Good body. Match with food: pan-fried scallops with black pudding. Comments: excellent.
