Visual aspect: a yellow hue with golden, greenish tinges. Nose: a fragrance of Granny Smith apple. Aromas revealing a slight hint of aniseed and liquorice. Palate: excellent on the first taste and marvellous length. Roundness. A taste of liqueur is perceptible. Match with food: small casserole of snails with shallots, to accompany dessert. Comments: a lovely surprise for us from this champagne producer.
