Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour, with crystal clear tints. Average effervescence and a beautiful cordon. Nose: charming, delicious. Aromas of lemongrass. A slight hint of menthol, it is ethereal with wonderful potential. Palate: superb first taste, good balance. Lots of bubbles. Good chewiness and lovely length of flavours. Match with food: braised turbot or sea bream. Comments: a great champagne.
