Visual aspect: persistant bead, pale gold hue with lemon colour tinges. Fine and vivid bubbles. Nose: fresh blackcurrant, damson, pepper, raspberry, pomegranate, cherry. Palate: vinous, creamy effervescence. Very concentrated with a crispy fruit and a good tension. Graceful finish, salty, fresh and soft, very fruity. Match with food: cushion of venison with Grand Veneur sauce. Comments: decanting will be necessary to exhale this wine of great quality.
