Visual aspect: a golden yellow hue and quite fine effervescence. Nose: intensely aromatic with scents of candied fruit and a gorgeous expression of Meunier. Palate: excellent first taste, marvellous balance and maturity with a finish on roundness. Match with food: pan-fried foie gras. Comments: a champagne to discover.
