Visual aspect: gold colour, light coppery tinges. Very nice presentation, beautiful sparkling. Continuous effervescence of fine bubbles. Nose: with William pear. Palate: very fruity first taste, harmonious wine with a present dosage which highlights the fruit. Influence of the Pinot which contributes to its roundness and its balance. Splendid finish. Match with food: chicken breast with honey. Comments: a delicious grand Champagne, representative of its terroir.
