Visual aspect: pale gold colour. Fine bubbles. Nose: fine and discreet first nose, which opens up with a white flowers side, very slightly buttery after swirling. Palate: good pure first taste, a lovely freshness and a beautiful nervosity. Lacteous side, buttery. Finally a well-balanced wine, well-structured. Match with food: sole meunière or à la grenobloise.
