Visual aspect: golden yellow colour, lovely fine bubbles in a pretty ring. Nose: pleasant freshness; fruits (ripe apple). Palate: good first taste. Pleasant and well-balanced. Vine peach, nectarine. Slightly buttery in the aftertaste. Match with food: for the aperitif with some Serrano ham and tapas. Comments: a pleasant wine to drink on many occasions for a pure moment of pleasure.
