Visual aspect: very fine bubbles, nice bead. Purple and crimson colour. Nose: nice expression of the grape variety with a lot of fruits and a citrussy side. Palate: a linear first taste, straight and frank. Nice breadth, with intensity. Match with food: aperitif; small game bird. Comments: a powerful and balanced wine. A very nice expression of the pinot noir.
