Visual aspect: a shining golden-yellow colour. Nose: very pleasing and delicate, with fragrances of citrus, pear and cooked peach. Palate: excellent with lots of character. Greedy, fresh. An superb finish. Match with food: John Dory cooked in papillotte, try with mushrooms too (horn of plenty/chanterelles/ceps), shellfish. Comments: marvellous!
