Visual aspect: very intense and dark. Deep red colour, opaque. We imagine the material. Nose: very crisp, open, rich and complex. Blackberries and tobacco notes, garrigue. Very wild. Palate: very present tannins, intense and spicy. Beautiful chewy texture. Good structure and nice balance. Match with food: tajine; lamb of rabbit. Comments: very nice wine, very complex.
