Visual aspect: quite deep with garnet-red notes. Very present tears. Nose: open, small black fruits and spices. Vegetable notes that bring some freshness, well-balanced. Palate: pleasant first taste with fruity flavours, borad mid-palate which keeps some freshness. Intense aftertaste, with pepper and the mint. Match with food: grilled fat meat with a wine sauce; roasted pigeon, small potatoes and reduced cranberry sauce. Comments: a well-balanced wine; warm.
