Visual aspect: clear, fluid, with a beautiful ruby colour and crimson tints.
Nose: quite powerful, with aromas of red fruit, such as cherry, as well as hints of spice (pepper) and game.
Palate: quite fresh on the first taste; the tannins are supple, well-melted and generous. The finishe gives tannin and alcohol on flavours of red fruit and spices.
Match with food: boeuf bourgignon or hare stew.
Comments: a well-balanced wine with marvellous powerfulness both in its visual aspect and flavours.
