Visual aspect: still young, with a purplish tinge. Lots of viscosity.
Nose: slightly reserved on hints of ripe fruit, it reveals a great deal of delicacy and elegance. After swirling the quality of its maturation can be perceived.
Palate: supple and elegant with development on maturity, then melted tannins. Marvellous balance and good structure.
Match with food: rolled fillet of venison with truffle juice.
Comment: already pleasant now, it can be aged for another ten years at least.
