Visual aspect: not very deep ruby-red hue, pink tinges, clear disk. Nose: fresh fruit, sandalwood, almond. Simple but present. Very pleasant, fine and fresh. Palate: pure first taste, light tannins. Notes of caramel, quite supple, without excessive concentration. Majestic aftertaste. Match with food: roasted guinea fowl, pan-fried mushrooms and grilled chestnuts. Comments: a beautiful presence. Worth ageing but already excellent now.
