Visual aspect: salmon-pink, brilliant. Nose: pure, marked by fruits (citrus, pink grapefruit). Persistent and well-balanced nose. Palate: pure, fresh first taste; a gaseous side that disappears after swirling. Fruity structure with a final marked by flavours of citrus. Long-lasting aftertaste, lovely harmony. Matchwith food: Mediterranean rock-dwelling fish. Comments: a lovely cuvée, a good balance, very pleasant.
