Visual aspect: a beautiful radiant, deep garnet-red hue, with purplish, shimmering tints, it is pellucid, bright and slightly developed.
Nose: delicate, mingling aromas of black and red fruit with a hint of pepper and toasted scents enhanced by a touch of incense and a soupçon of Virginia tobacco.
Palate: round, fruity substance, well balanced by acidity and sustained by noble, melted tannins. The finsh gives excellent length.
Match with food: roasted rack of lamb, with soft potatoes and parsley; poultry served with its cooking juices.
Comments: a magnificent wine, velvety and soft, with an absolutely delicate structure enveloped in fruitiness. Already very pleasant to drink now, but it has tremendous ageing potential
