Nose: pure, on tightly-knit tannins and lovely woody hints.
Palate: pure, smooth and velvety, it has good substance and concentration. Match with food: roasted lamb.
Comment: an extraordinary ageing wine produced on a marvellous terroir. It should be aged for ten years or so and aerated before serving.
