Visual aspect: a dark-purple colour. Nose: spicy and clearly well made. Palate: a very Médoc style, on freshness and spices. Very pure, with juicy flavour and marvellous balance. Match with food: game, such as leg of venison for example. Comment: a remarkably delicate and well balanced wine.
