Visual aspect: pale yellow with green tinges. Nose: subtle where the pineapple, citrus and some notes of limetree express. Palate: fat and fleshy, dominated by a beautiful acidity at the same time smooth and complex. Evolving along fresh fruits (peach, pear) and vanilla. Match with food: lobster medallion, creamed asparagus. Comments: a beautiful Pessac-Léognan perfectly evolved.
