Visual aspect: luminous and pellucid, with a garnet-red hue and pinkish tinges.
Nose: fruity, spicy, toasted aromas; pleasant.
Palate: pure on the first taste; rapid development on distinct tannins,
which are not drying.
Match with food: a plate of preserved pork meats, grenier médocain (dried sausage made with peppered chitterlings); gratton (pâté of preserved duck meat pieces), grilled red meats.
Comment: a lovely wine overall, we recommend it.
