Visual aspect: pale and gleaming. Nose: strong scents of boxwood mingled with citrus and floral fragrances of lime and acacia blossom. Marvellous complexity on the nose, with touches of pineapple after swirling. Palate: excellent freshness, flavours of tropical fruit, superb first taste, very mineral with good acidity. The finish is fruity and superbly long. Match with food: sea bass cooked on a hot grill plate. Comments: one of our favourites.
