Visual aspect: pellucid, with a vivid crimson colour and gleaming tinges. The tears are discreet but clearly perceptible.
Nose: delicate and concentrated, it is extremely fine, opening up on hints of pepper, it develops on woody, vegetal aromas and liquorice.
Palate: supple, soft and full of flavour on the first taste, it is marked by hints of undergrowth and silky tannins. The finish is persistent on flavours of small black fruit.
Match with food: fillet of venison with Chanterelle mushrooms.
Comment: a delightful, round, elegant wine, which presents smoothness and balance. Very appealing!
