Nose: it opens up on aromas of red fruit in jam, blackberry, as well as some hints of smoke, leather and truffle. Lovely complexity.
Palate: supple and silky, on elegant tannins. A delicious, absolutely delicate wine.
Match with food: pheasant game birds pigeon.
Comment: an excellent, fine wine, it is remarkably delicate and pure, extremely elegant. A well accomplished wine in the 2004 vintage.
