Visual aspect: a deep black-cherry colour. Nose: elegant on aromas of black fruit and a touch of mocha. Palate: smooth and fleshy, with lovely substance that pleasantly sustains a fine woodiness. Flavours of fruit liqueur and very ripe fruit, with a well balanced, extremely fresh finish. Match with food: hare a la royale tourendos Rossini shredded ox tail. Comment: this excellent wine will be even better if decanted. A magnificent wine, still showing its youthful qualities it has great potential for the future.
