Visual aspect: rather deep, nice garnet-red colour. Nose: very intense, complex. Red flowers potpourri. We feel the sun on the roc (flint). Palate: elegant first taste. A mid-palate with fine tannins, roasted notes. Finish with roasted figs. Match with food: wild boar terrine and pepper grain; roasted pigeon with figs. Comments: a Bandol very elegant for the vintage.
