Visual aspect: translucent with a light ruby colour. Nose: very delicate on aromas of ripe, black fruit, a spicy hint and a touch of alcohol. Palate: a pure first taste, with a flavour of spices and fruit, on light tannin. The finish is a little short, but very pleasant nonetheless. Match with food: turkey fillet, breaded and fried veal escalope. Comments: pleasure right from the first sip.
