Visual aspect: a very deep carmine hue and purplish tints. Nose: aromas of fruit purée, prunes, plums and blackberries. Palate: a flavour of morello cherry, plentiful, but supple tannin and a touch of sweet spices. It is fresh and well-balanced. The finish is exceptional. Match with food: stuffed cabbage. Comments: a very interesting wine to taste. Pleasant and delicious.
