Nose: a bouquet of secondary and tertiary aromas with great delicacy, exuding scents of red and black fruits, with woodiness that reveals maturation in wood, giving a hint of caramel and showing good maturity. Palate: predominant tannins, the first taste is pure, with a lovely concentation of black fruit and long-lasting flavour. Match with food: medium-rare duck breast, grilled red meats. Comments: a superb wine suitable for ageing.
