Visual aspect: developing ruby-red colour, translucent hue, lovely disk. Nose: clear, open, with toasted aromas in the first nose. Second nose has signs of development. Palate: pure first taste, volume and freshness, well-balanced. Tannic backgournd, dominated by woodiness. Match with food: just pan-fried calf's sweetbread, deglazed with sherry vinegar and pan-fried potatoes and bacon. Comments: stylish and elegant.
