Visual aspect: quite deep, dense, garnet-red, bigarreau cherry colour. Nose: still very delectable, very delicate. Fully fruity, with a really charming vanilla side. It is a pleasure to smell this wine. Palate: round, full, very moreish. A very present length of the fruits. Match with food: duck fillet; venison with sauce. Comments: it's a wine of pleasure which can match a lot of meals.
