Nose: wonderful expression, lemony scents, liveliness, freshness and a slight touch of yeast and wheat.
Palate: pleasant, fresh, good structure, a tiny hint of bitterness on the finish, which is good. A pure, clean wine.
Match with food: as an aperitif or to accompany sole (grilled or meunière), tartar of scallops.
Comment: an excellent representation of Chardonnay, an elegant, absolutely delicate champagne produced by a talented winegrower.
