Visual aspect: a gleaming, very pale golden colour.
Nose: aromas of dried fruit and then it opens up on heady, floral, spicy scents.
Palate: quite light and tight on flavours of dried fruit, which evoke the aromas perceived on the nose. Hints of yellow-fleshed fruit.
Match with food: a sweet and salty fresh, light starter, cut of veal.
Ageing potential: just needs to open up. It has potential.
Service temperature: 10°C
