Visual aspect: a whitish straw colour. Nose: discreet, but complex, with delicacy on aromas of citrus, floral essence, rose pot pourri, fresh almonds and hints of menthol and cardamom. Palate: full-bodied, generous and fruity with pleasant development on flavours of toasted bread, almonds and dried fruit. Match with food: lobster with coral butter. Comments: very good, still young, it will reach maturity in 2012.
