Visual aspect: pale gold yellow hue. Nose: expressive, marked with the fruit, notes of red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry), raspberry brandy. Palate: beautiful pure first taste, fruit, roundness, character. A good balance. Nice length on the palate. Match with food: roasted pigeon stuffed with foie gras, cranberry sauce. Comments: one of our favourites.
