Nose: expressive on development, with notes of reduction, with candied fruit, dates, citrus, buttery and toasted aromas.
Palate: soft and fresh on the first taste with marvellous balance. The finish is supple on flavours of dried and candied fruit.
Match with food: pan-fried wild mushrooms, ceps and chanterelles.
