Visual aspect: yellow, slightly gold colour. Translucent rim. Present and pleasant bead. Nose: nice aromatic intensity, beeswax, fresh walnut and orange peel. Palate: supple and pleasant first taste. Still orange peel, a note of hawthorn. Beautiful length on the palate. Match with food: roasted turbot and its pan-fried foie gras with autumn vegetables. Comments: a wine with a lot of maturity.
