Visual aspect: clear gold colour. Nose: dried fruits, slightly roasted hazelnut, fern, fresh scent of undergrowth. Palate: roasted hazelnut and a vegetal note (fern). Magnificent aftertaste. Match with food: fish en papillote with very aromatic herbs (oregano, tarragon). Comments: a great Champagne!
