Visual aspect: deep gold colour, very fine bubble. Nose: expressive, very fruity. We feel the intensity of the Pinot Noir. Palate: frank first taste, very fruity and evolved, with a vinous aspect. Intense mid-palate. The aftertaste quickly fades away. Marked elevage. Match with food: red fruit salad.
