Visual aspect: a superb orangey-pinkish hue with orangey tints. Nose: very delicate and fine on fragrances of small red fruits and a hint of Kirsch. Palate: fresh, elegant with perfect structure. Marvellous flavours of red fruit on retro-olfaction. The finish is delicious and generous. Match with food: red fruit desserts. Comments: an exceptional rosé, absolutely fresh and well-balanced.
